These folks did a great job. They weren't the least expensive, but we're very competitive price-wise. We've had our pool for a year and it hasn't really had issues (the heater turned itsepf off a couple times, but even that is covered by warranty and hasn't had anymore trouble.) We had another issue we called them about that was maintenance related and they were friendly and told us how to fix it. My only small complaint is that the sheduling conflicts during the build made things drag on about an extra month or so. However as far as pool companies go this one does what it says it will do and stands behind its work. Therefore I highly recommend them.

When my husband and I decided to build a pool we were referred to Poolscapes. We met with Richard Lynch and his son Ryan; we explained that we wanted a pool with more show than swim. Mr. Lynch was very patient with my husband as he kept changing his mind on what he wanted on the pool, features, fountains, and hot tub that was flush with the pool and negative edge all around. Richard said that they had never done anything like that but would come up with a design. When the design was complete, we loved it! From the beginning of the project to finish we had no complaints about anything.If we had any problems with the mechanics or the computer settings we called and they walked us through or came out and fixed the problem. The workers that build the pool were always very nice and they did great work. We would recommend Poolscapes for a new build or just maintenance. They build a great relationship with their customers. I have known Dick Lynch and his family for over 20 years. Pool Scapes built an amazing "backyard living room" for us in 2007. It included a new pool with hot tub and waterfalls, professional landscaping to custom fit the yard, a built-in grill with natural gas and a screened-in living room complete with sink, refrigerator, flat screen television and an eating area. They took time to help us understand our options and even took us to see other back yards to get new ideas. Their attention to details and quality controls are excellent. Mike was our project/construction manager for our project which was an update for a 20 year old pool. We replaced the coping around the pool, some of the limestone in the design and sanded the rest. In addition, we upgraded all the valves , added a chlorine system, and can now control everything from our phones. It looks great and we couldn't be happier. I have had 2 pools put in by Poolscapes at 2 different homes.  The team is amazing to work with from design, through construction and completion. In my first pool Ryan handled the design and Mike handled the management of the construction.  They did a great job and any time we had an issue, Dick (owner) got personally involved and helped us work to a resolution. With my second one, we went a bit more elaborate and added firebowls, a spillway, much more decking and arbors as part of the build.  We also added a full sports court as well.  Todd handled both the design and construction on this pool, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. My advice to anyone adding a pool to their home is to do your research.  There is much more to it than you may think.  So, be educated, talk to your builder about all aspects.  Poolscapes will absolutely spend the time with you to make sure you are educated and comfortable. If and when we move into another home, I'll be a customer for a 3rd time!

Without a doubt the process of getting our pool built was trying.... Everything that I have posted was an accurate history of the project. The final outcome has been a positive experience. The owner, Dick Lynch, reached out to me and made good on all the issues that we had with the pool. PoolScapes has proved to standby what they advertise and made reparations that proved their intentions to leave a job well done. We are happy with the pool and are looking forward to enjoying our first summer in it! Thanks again Dick Lynch for your ownership and responsiveness to end this project on a good note! The pool was finished in a timely fashion.  As construction goes there at always set backs but they were handled in a prompt and professional manner.  Dick and Ryan Lynch know how to listen and design a pool that is exactly what you are asking for.  If you are not sure they have build so many beautiful pools you can look at pictures/visit some in person. This professional Company STILL ROCKS after all these years.  PoolScapes built our pool back in 2000 and luckily, haven't had many issues at all over the past 20yrs+. But if/when we do, we've received top notch responses and service as though they were trying to gain us as a new customer.  That is how you maintain a great reputation for so long.
